If I create empty or static data (without loading) when creating fancytree, then fancytree does not work properly.

Sorry, but I am not actively maintaining the ext-fixed extension currently. It is experimental and probably has some more flaws.
However, if you like to provide a pull-request, I will look into it.
Indeed it has quite a few minor flaws. But I'm quite interested in this extension. And I like his idea as a whole. I even want to try to dig into it and try to fix it. Perhaps you will have ideas where to dig.
Of the symptoms that I found yesterday, the following point is striking: During the initialization process, the header falls apart and if the remote data loading does not occur, then it remains. But if remote loading occurs, then a second kick occurs, and the header returns to normal.
Also, the appearance falls apart if you add nodes to the tree.
