[BUG] Can't use movement as an ejected pilot in active mode #2607

Describe the bug
The movement counter cannot be changed while running a pilot in active mode. This leads to the END TURN button always thinking movement is available.

To Reproduce

  1. Run a pilot in active mode with a mech
  2. Have the mech be destroyed
  3. Eject from the mech
  4. On your next turn, you will be unable to change the MOVEMENT counter for your pilot

Expected behavior
The MOVEMENT counter should be able to be changed as normal.

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Browser: Chrome
  • Version: 133.0.6943.99 64-bit

Additional context
Pressing the plus and minus buttons and pressing the keyboard icon to type a custom value both have no effect. Clicking on sections will visually remove them but the number will not decrease.
