2.2.41 is another bad release; while 2.2.42 is a good one.

Need to check what is going on with the publishing flow.

2.2.41 for chore(deps): bump actions/setup-node from 2 to 3 #80
2.2.43 is also a bad release, chore(deps): bump actions/cache from 2 to 3.0.1 #91
