Running release script, it does the "Install Extension" part, but it refuses to upgrade an existing older version. According to the docs it should upgrade.
Release script wanting to install v8.0.13 (see logs below) and aborts saying it is already installed.
Manual steps to correct, is in portal.azure.com to STOP app, and upgrade extension and then START app. Hoping that this can be done automatic via Azure pipeline-release task.
