Cases of UI black out and possible solution

Steps to reproduce

1. Case - 1

• UI blacks out when the refresh button is clicked after a folder, file is moved, deleted or renamed in the current viewing location, parent location.

2. Case - 2

• Renaming, deleting the default directory shows error message and then the UI blacks out.

✔️ Expected Behavior

1. Case - 1

• To not black out the screen when a file is renamed, deleted, moved out, and update the list as it does when a new file is added into the current location.

2. Case - 2

• I was expecting the UI to not black out after showing the error message.
• The error message is shown, but the UI is blacked out.

❌ Actual Behavior

1. Case - 1

• The screen blacks out and the app must be restarted or reloaded for the expected behavior to appear again.

2. Case - 2

• Renaming, deleting the default directory causes an error message to appear, but the screen blacks out.
• The app needs to reloaded or restarted for expected behavior to occur.

Case - 3

• While reading manga or epub - Renaming, deleting, moving out a file and then clicking on home button causes UI black out.
• The UI does not black out when a file is added and then clicking on home button while reading manga / epub.

✔️ Expected Behavior

• For case 2 and case 3, show an error message rather than blacking the UI out.

This still happens for only two cases.
Renaming the parent folder when you are in it's sub-folders.

Renaming the folder when you are reading a manga in it.
