Add menus

This game should have a menu before you start. You should be
able to pick "story" mode (i.e. the levels/random movements are
deterministic across plays) and "endless" mode (ie. the levels
and controls are generated randomly).

There should also be a menu when you finish the game to
give you all your times for all your levels or something.
