Works with Adobe, Foxit, MS' viewer, etc...

Probably related: #2388 & #1940

The PDF is corrupted -- xref section looks like

xref
1 7
0000000000 65535 f
0000000009 00000 n
0000382299 00000 n
0000382396 00000 n
0000382583 00000 n
0000382641 00000 n
0000382692 00000 n

which tells that object # 2 can be found at offset 9, however object # 1 is found there.

It seems like i'm not the only one with this problem... My pdf (generated by an hp scanner) works on mac os x, windows xp and ubuntu with: acrobat reader, google chrome, safari, internet explorer... but not on firefox using this plugin. Probably my pdf is not standard, but i wonder if there is nothing developers of this very nice plugin can do to solve this problem.
