Document outline will not load

When trying to open the document below, nothing is displayed after the progressbar has finished loading: only the gray background of the reader is visible.

Reproduced with Firefox 29 on windows XP, Seven and Ubuntu Linux.

Problem is this document has unusual outline/bookmarks that prevent document to finish loading. Related issue is opened at #4747

Document display is fixed by #4750, however outline is not avaiable yet.
