PDF stops rendering with an endless loop

One of our documents cant be rendered at page 40.

with latest head at d487d42 the document renders fine, admittedly a bit slow. can you double check?

Works fine for me too with the latest PDF.js version, but I'm marking this as performance issue because rendering is rather slow sometimes.

Thx for the quick fix. Works perfectly in my WebApp.

This has improved a lot lately and each page now renders instantly, so I'm closing this as fixed.

The doc still shows a few interesting characteristics.
When scrolling it lags as soon as the form elements pop up. also because it is an insurance document it has plenty of text.
namely TextLayerBuilder_renderLayer and TextLayerBuilder_appendText show up a lot.
