I wanted to ask if you propose an already trained model or do i have to trained myself.

I'll be publishing the pre-trained models soon. In the meanwhile, you can use any of the Fast R-CNN pre-trained models in the Detectron model zoo and finetune it on the Nuscenes dataset.
