Credentials randomly getting deleted

Some credentials are randomly getting deleted and an error shows up. These credentials cannot be removed from the credentials screen either.

I have not seen this happen before, Is it possible that you have 2 n8n instances trying to use the same database? Do you also see any errors in the n8n log?
