Have you experienced an AI agent randomly getting stuck in a loop, repeatedly triggering tools instead of just once? It doesn’t happen every time, but roughly 50% of the time.

This is not an issue I have seen, Have you tried making a smaller workflow or trying a different AI model to see if that changes anything?
