download.nexusformat.org should be retired

1. only available via http://download.nexusformat.org
2. has many dead links
3. deployed by a Jenkins jobs
4. is hosted by RAL unlike our other subdomains which as GH pages

Straw poll from code camp: it makes sense to remove this download.nexusformat.org as it is redundant to the existing web pages. For example, the NAPI internals pdf is linked on download.nexusformat.org (dead link), but is also linked from manual.nexusformat.org.
