Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently, the template widget has the problem that you have to scroll to find the "Import" button and the "No Import" option is the default option.

Describe the solution you would like!

The "Import" button of the template import widget has a fixed position and the tables I want to import have their own scroll window.
Additionally, the "Append to active table" option is the default option for each table.
