Revamp Sports Page

The current Sports page, accessed at /institute/sections/sports, was created without a design and looks subpar. We need to redesign this page to make it visually appealing and align it with the new Figma design. The file to be updated is located at app/[locale]/institute/sections/sports/page.tsx.
