aac support

Hi
Is it possible to add aac support?

My use case: I'm having some dvb .ts coming from a decomissioned DVB audio encoder (2wcom MM08E)
I would like to send it to an icecast/shoutcast server.
I've tried udpshout since my encoder output is UDP IP multicast but it does not support.
udpshout is based mostly on your dvbshout.
audio streams are he-aac-v1 adts

Or do you know any other existing solution for this?
(udp or rtp multicast aac transport stream --> shoutcast/icecast)
