Might be useful for emacs-jupyter users to know that Pandoc now handles exports from .org to .ipynb format pretty well. See changelog of Pandoc 2.19.2. Also, Pandoc has a nice Emacs frontend: Pandoc-mode.

First, you need to install pandoc, then use the CLI from Terminal or the Emacs client (pandoc-mode).
