Explain the changes

  1. Adds a check for each connection that sends out a test notification to the external server and replies the result.

Issues: Fixed #xxx / Gap #xxx

Testing Instructions:

  1. Configure a connection.
  2. Run manage_nsfs.js with diagnose health --all_connection_details.
  • Doc added/updated
  • Tests added
