Enable hreflang link when using the no_prefix option with different domains

Hey there!

It seems like the hreflang links are disabled when using the no_prefix option as seen here.
This means that I'm not getting hreflang links when using different domains instead of a prefix.
I think this should be enabled when the locals have different domains.
