This issue is to cover work needed to introduce deployment of AMB (oracle and monitor) by deployment playbooks

The current implementation of the deployment playbooks already support deployment of oracle and monitor for AMB mode since it didn't change the existing architecture of the components, it only requires setting the correct environmental variables.
