Closes #219

For now contract submodule is pointing to a commit from PR omni/tokenbridge-contracts#305 since it includes contract updates for erc20-to-native and erc20-to-erc20. Once PRs omni/tokenbridge-contracts#302 and omni/tokenbridge-contracts#305 are merged we should update the submodule

A separate pull request will be created to update the monitor component to process UserRequestForAffirmation for erc20-to-native and erc20-to-erc20
