Hello,
When I tried to use a PR Files Github API to get the content of the modified file by parsing the
patch
value, I faced an issue related to not all data being remoted because thegit diff
command is truncating the content (by default generating a diff with three line of context).I did some searches and I found that there is a possible way to increase the number of lines by specifying a
-U<n>
option. So my question is, is there a way to add a param or an API option that configures the number of lines if needed? I have a small file content, so I don't want to get its content from the API because there is a potential risk of overloading the API and hitting Rate limits.Beta Was this translation helpful?
