GitHub's docs are so terrible, I can't find an answer to this anywhere. Tons of information and none of it organized in a sane way :(
All I want is to comment on a PR during an Action run, and list the URL to the job's results, so the user can click the link in the PR comment and go to the job's results.
Can someone tell me how I craft that URL please?
It will be for a matrix job, if that makes a difference
