I have not received my benefits after 23 days

Hi everyone,

I got my request for student benefits approved on the 25th of January, but I have still not received my benefits. I have used up my completions in Copilot, and when I went to the page for upgrading copilot, I found that I could not get Copilot Pro for free. However, the pill has turned purple and it says my benefits are available.

Given your status, you should have access to your benefits. To redeem them, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select Copilot, if you can redeem it you are fine, if you can't, I suggest you to contact support by opening a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
