Dependabot on GitHub Actions is not working today

I tried with a few GitHub repositories, and it looks like Dependabot GitHub Actions jobs are not starting at all today.
I tried with a fresh dependabot.yml file, pushed it: the standard jobs start, but not the dependabot ones.
In a repository where I pushed the dependabot.yml file for the first time, the "Dependabot Updates" is not present at all in the "All workflows" section.

Is it a known issue?
