Hello, I would like to have GitHub as a student, but I was not accepted. The reason I sent in the email is that I am far from my university, which is true, since I am studying there via distance learning (completely remotely).

I am having a problem where GitHub doesn't accept my school ID, because I have 2 sides with valuable information, I am trying to reach out to GitHub but they allways send me here, can you help me please?

Hi @Gustavo-DCosta! Try uploading both sides of your school ID, making sure the details are clear and legible. If it still doesn’t work, contact GitHub support again and explain that your ID has two sides. They should help you out.
