Greets folks - I just started using the GitHub CLI and I'm having trouble with a particular command. I'm trying to create a PR using a template that I've created (I'm doing it in an empty "test" repo so I can get the process sorted before putting it into action on a "real" repo) and I just can't seem to get it to work. The repo I'm testing it on can be found here:

test-project-workflow-and-cli

The commands that I've tried can be found below along with their results

$ gh pr create --title "#12 Test" --template docs/basic_pr.md --assignee @me --base dev
