Hello

Here is a suggestion to improve the fix options and efficiency for Osmose item 8280 / Class 11.
It regards French DSO Enedis distribution substations.
Despite the lack of proper attributes allowing contributors to choose between different options, could it be possible to display a list of possible fixes please ?
Option 1 : Conventional substation inside a dedicated service building

  • building = service
  • location = indoor
  • power = substation
  • substation = minor_distribution
  • voltage = 20000;400
  • operator = Enedis
  • source = Enedis - 06/2018

Option 2 : Substation inside a transformer tower

  • building = transformation_tower
  • power = substation
  • substation = minor_distribution
  • voltage = 20000;400
  • operator = Enedis
  • source = Enedis - 06/2018

Option 3 : Transformer on top of a pole

  • power = pole
  • transformer = distribution
  • voltage:primary=20000
  • voltage:secondary=400
  • operator = Enedis
  • source = Enedis - 06/2018

Option 4 : Substation inside a street cabinet

  • man_made = street_cabinet
  • street_cabinet = power
  • power = substation
  • substation = minor_distribution
  • voltage = 20000;400
  • operator = Enedis
  • source = Enedis - 06/2018

Users will choose depending on their ground knowledge.

Alternate fix from OpenData can't be done for now with OpenData Osmose framework.

and add in the same time operator:wikidata=Q3587594 for operator=Enedis

It's not as easy regarding distribution grid: it is operated by 120 companies.
There is no hardcoded operator: Enedis, the value comes from Agence ORE dataset.

@frodrigo, is there any easy way to access the NSI in osmose analyzers?
A very good solution could be to have a dict with power operators and translate GRD value to wikidata field with NSI help.
It should be done here: https://github.com/osm-fr/osmose-backend/blob/dev/analysers/analyser_merge_power_substation_minor_FR.py#L62
