The owncloud log file has permission 644 but I think it should have at least 640 because sensitive data is sometimes logged in that file (eg. when a stat fails on a remote smb share, you can read the user's password in clear text).

We also need to fix outputting passwords to log files; this shouldn't be happening. Can we use this ticket as both, or should I open another ticket?
