Sending password reset eMail doesn't work #9728

yes I didn't change anything it's all default settings. I don't know why its using that as sender? |
can you try to have a look at your config email settings? |
in the config i dont have any email settings. it's the default. |

well - the email address you provided seems to be invalid - not much we can do. In case you have access to the database you could change the email address |
it's sqlite i have access to it i think ... but i dont know how to do it |

When I try to send myself the password reset eMail it says the following in syslog and the mail never arrives:
Jul 18 10:42:07 baby postfix/smtpd[13281]: warning: Illegal address syntax from localhost[127.0.0.1] in MAIL command: [email protected]
Jul 18 10:42:08 baby postfix/smtp[13279]: C52693001A14: to=[email protected], relay=127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]:10025, delay=0.24, delays=0.18/0/0.05/0, dsn=5.1.7, status=bounced (host 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1] said: 501 5.1.7 Bad sender address syntax (in reply to MAIL FROM command))
