Sending password reset eMail doesn't work

When I try to send myself the password reset eMail it says the following in syslog and the mail never arrives:

yes I didn't change anything it's all default settings. I don't know why its using that as sender?

can you try to have a look at your config email settings?

well - the email address you provided seems to be invalid - not much we can do.

In case you have access to the database you could change the email address

it's sqlite i have access to it i think ... but i dont know how to do it
