This should only show IdPs that aren't hidden in the "Unlinked login providers" section.

We might have to add another method to give the UI the information that the IdPs are "hidden on login page" or to not include them at all (unless they are already linked).

Yeah, something like what is given by this endpoint in the Admin UI
