I don't use flatpak, but it should work with

flatpak run --command=otpclient-cli com.github.paolostivanin.OTPClient

Thanks! That seems to work. The application doesn't seem to work though. It's probable an issue between the chair keyboard though.

I'm using the same commands from the regular application from Linux Mint, but they just time out. I'll look into it later.

flatpak run --command=otpclient-cli com.github.paolostivanin.OTPClient -h

does it show something?
