Requirement: Filter-kind (eg. only keep deposit receipts) probably need to pad offsets, since row number + offset should be equal to TxNumber. However, if we're not including them this assumption will not hold.

Challenge: Pruning window (eg. keep only receipts of the last 7 days)
Old data is located in the beginning of the file, and snapshots only allow it to be truncated
