Tracking: Make accounts bug-free again

We saw the fallout of the fungibles migration a few times. Last is polkadot-fellows/runtimes#583.

With the Asset Hub migration, we have the possibility to use our testing infrastructure to check the state after the migration to be sane.
The AHM itself should already clean up some issues, since it uses the proper functions to move the reserve and locks instead of just copying data and references.

This issue is mostly intended to check the pre- and post-state of the AH migration and then recording all accounts that are still broken to be fixed later.
