However, the docs page I sent is missing example, so I have to build it from scratch. For most of the other widgets there were examples, which allowed us to copy-paste the boilerplate and customize it to fit our requirements.
Why is this page missing examples? For sure, you have implemented such forms, so why not show a code for a sample one? It will for sure, make the job of your consumers easier.
Note: we are currently on Patternfly 3 and updating to Patterfnly 4 is not an option ATM.

In Kiwi TCMS we are using Patternfly for everything in our UI. We want to add a comment form to one of our pages. The comment form should look something like the one shown here https://www.patternfly.org/v3/pattern-library/communication/comments/index.html#overview
