Tips for Project Maintainers

1. Label the complexity of the issues (i.e. 'criticical', 'enhancement', 'good for new new comers')
2. Prompt and timely communication- it is a good idea to have an irc channel or to use Gitter
3. Diversify your professional circle, if you are a developer and you need a designer, try to hang out with designers.
4. Create clear documentation
