Versionist generates a broken changelog if it doesn't have empty 2nd line in a commit message, simply running the first few lines together without any spaces. See https://github.com/resin-io/resin-ui/pull/450#discussion_r102516694 for an example.

It's fine if this isn't a supported case, but versionist (or maybe versionbot?) should complain about it instead, rather than silently going wrong.
