Summary
These changes make this library work with Prisma v5 (#16)
Many thanks to @robblovell as well for his PR as I was able to identify the required changes from there.
Other Information
I moved $rawWhere query parameter to $prisma as this is more clear what it does. $rawWhere is working until next major version but is from now on deprecated.
All Feathers libraries were updated to latest v4 (4.5.16, 4.5.18 or 4.5.17)
