Flashed E104-BT10-TB witw evk8269v3.2.pb0-power.bin.
Device defined as USB DevSys in Zadig with usbprint(v10.0.17763.1) driver and
USB ID 248A/5320.
But BDT does not find it.
Also, TlsrTools now could not Activate device.
