There is no "qualifier delete" command yet, but it should be added for symmetry and in order to undo qualifier creations.

  1. Should it only allow delete if not used? My vote: yes.
  2. Should there be a —force on this and what would it mean?

On 1: We both agree.
On 2: No --force option.
