Can't click anywhere on the app after running music search with only "approximate comparison" checked #728

All options are greyed out along with the message "ERROR: You must select at least one checkbox with music searching types." but you can't rerun the search because you can't change the tags after this happens.

I am on Windows on 4.1.0.
