Web UI displays FLOAT data poorly

CREATE TABLE t0(f FLOAT, d DOUBLE);

INSERT INTO t0 VALUES (54321, 54321);

SELECT * FROM t0;

IEEE754 single precision should not be this poor.

I believe this is a UI problem, psycopg2 can fetch data with the expected level of precision:

In [27]: cur.execute('SELECT * FROM t0')

In [28]: cur.fetchall()
Out[28]: [(54321.0, 54321.0)]
