Broken plugin links

We have no hold over these repositories. You can file issues there, or submit fixes there. But since it's a third-party, you're at the mercy of that third-party, it's beyond our control. We can fork it, but it's another separate repo to maintain.

There's an ongoing effort to put Ractive and all its plugins and tools in a monorepo to better maintain Ractive. When that happens, we can fork these plugins and maintain our own version that's compatible with the accompanying Ractive, built and tested together with Ractive. This way, we're not at the mercy of the third-party.

But until monorepo-ing happens, these breakages will continue to happen.
