update minimap2
compare updated minimap2 to bwa run
new container: nanozoo/minimap2:2.28--9e3bd01
new command: minimap2 -t 12 -o all_mapped_reads.lrHQ.sam -ax lr:hq plsdb.fna combinedtest.fastq.gz
