When adding comments

  1. Empty comment should not be allowed.
  2. Should not refresh page.
  3. Option to delete my comment.

These makes sense. For deleting a comment, anonymous comments should not have option to delete a comment, as we do not know who is making that comment as user is not logged in. But yes, option to delete should be there for logged in user's comments.
PR may be?

@rishijain IMHO anonymous comment should not be allowed. May be https://disqus.com/websites/ can be used.
