remind to use double quotes around column names when using the Parquet source

The Parquet source performs strict schema alignment checks, meaning that column names are case-sensitive. However, following PostgreSQL syntax, if double quotes are not used, all column names will be converted to lowercase. Therefore, it is necessary to use double quotes when defining the schema. Please document this point.
