Biome and corrupt-world fix

Fixes issues with world-generation during startup, and biomes and chunk-weirdness on restart.

Biome and Restart fix

The biomes are now correctly changing again.
The is restart will now correctly reload chunks (workaround, requires the server to use /spawn).

World Generator fix for flatland

Fixes a long-running bug with flatland being generated in skyworld.

World Generator Fix

Fixes a bug introduced in R0.5 with regard to persisting the right generator in the world upon creation.

Note: In order for this to work, servers should use Multiverse-Core
