How to set the parameters of the age sliders?

Hi, thanks the work!
But I want to train a text sliders of age using the SD-XL, and I want to get the same effects as the pre-trained age sliders which is published in the website and which is named "xl_sliders/age.pt".
So the question is how to set the training parameters, which prompts file I should use?
Could you please give me an accurate training script of age slider using SD-XL?
