fix: version conflict issues

Description of the change

• In this PR, we've fixed the version conflict issues across all integration packages.
• We have also updated package paths to reference local versions instead of released ones.
• We have temporarily disabled the Kochava integrations from the example app to avoid build issues in iOS.
