@yanqw 主要完成以下工作：
1.熟悉DataClear机制，并形成相关的学习文档；
2.利用DataClear工具，遵循标准，以省平台（医疗三监管）数据进行数据的统计分析，并对各表的主要数据进行分析（如表间的关联系、空值、值域代码错误以及各类指标等）；
